Although not directly related to agenda and time for specific topics, when a leader is regulating a conflict between two, or more, employees, he needs to sit down with them and establish an order and a time for all the discussions that will take place, as well as for planning and action, because otherwise, he will become less efficient to attend other needs. The second, and most directly related to time management and topic management, is making and keeping an agenda, because this will ensure that the leader will organize his/her time to meet all the requirements without losing focus.
