At my place of work, my colleague was fond of playing costly pranks on me and getting away with it but this particular day marked the end of it,
On this particular day, I had an extra bill (money) from a customer and could not find it after i had submitted my packets of money to said colleague. I immediately narrated my plight to her and nicely asked her to return all my packets to me, so i could double check them. She took some time but finally she returned them to me.
However upon receiving the packets i discovered that they were short of two bills. I immediately asked her to check if any bills had fallen off while she was trying to hand them over to me which she denied. I was left with no choice but to pay the difference from my pocket after tirelessly searching for the missing bills.
Eventually she started laughing at me saying that she had indeed removed the bills. I was so angry I immediately reported her to our supervisor, stating the countless number of times she had played similar pranks on me. My supervisor called us both and handed us the a manual on our institutions' code of ethics and stated she give me a formal apology. That marked the end of such pranks.
