To be financially responsible means to be able to live within your means. Therefore, someone who is financially responsible can anticipate his expenditures, and ensure he has enough money to meet his needs. A financially responsible person also avoids entering into contracts that will stress his financial situation, such as very large loans. Finally, a financially responsible person is able to save money in order to be prepared for future unfortunate events.

Which lines in this excerpt from act I of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet suggest that Lord Capulet respects free will? CAPULET:
dedylja [7]
When he says "My will to her consent is but a part; An she agree, within her scope of choice Lies my consent and fair according voice." He is saying here that his consent to Juliet and Paris' marriage is "but a part" of the decision, so he believes that her choice is also needed. He says that, while his "consent and fair according voice" may play a part in her choice, she still has a choice, free will.
