How did the production of agricultural affect slavery

History

Answer:

The production of agriculture affected slaves because they were forced to be employed in agriculture, due to the demand of certain crops by slave owners.

Explanation:

A general rule placed back then was that slaves were to work with some crops but not others. They were barely employed growing grains (i.e. oats, wheat, barley, etc.). Although, slave owners had commercial crops that demanded more intense labor in planting throughout the "growing" season until harvest. This caused more slaves to be employed in these "jobs" and more slaves to do the intense labor for the owners.
