The throwing of objects at the soldiers by the people of Boston led British soldiers to fire on them.

Explanation:

The British Council had posted army troops in different colonies and had ordered the settlers to comply with the needs of the army men and provide them accommodation.

This move was not welcomed by the settlers. There were frequent quarrels between the army personnel and the colonists.

In one such confrontation between the two that happened on the 5th of March 1770, the colonists started throwing things at the army men. This act of the settlers angered the army and they fired back on the settlers in retaliation. Five colonists died in this firing.

kykrilka [37]

Answer:

Terrace farming is done in the hilly region and Polders in sea level.

Explanation:

Terrace farming helps farmers to grow crops on one side of hills or mountains by planting on in the slope with prevented the erosion of soil. It also reflected upon the skill of people who did farming in hilly areas where they could save water and soil erosion. For example, in Japan, rice (paddy) cultivation is well-known in the mountainous region.

Polder is a plot of low land recovered from water especially, sea or river and protected by barriers. Once the blocks placed, people began draining wetlands for agricultural use. Removing water performed with the help of windmills. This practice originated in the Netherlands as it controls floods and provides land for cultivating.

One of the similarity is that the cultivation of crops in both region require wetland. No soil erosion as people is careful with their practice of cultivation in mountainous and low land regions.
