The First President of the United States was George Washington.

Further Explanation:

George Washington was one of the pioneers who had envisioned the dream of a free land where all Americans would be free citizens and would govern the land on the basis of democratic institutions, where the free American citizens would choose their leaders that would choose a premier, who would govern the nation, and look after the welfare and benefits of the citizens. The Commander of the Continental Army, who through his sheer determination, sound judgment and valiance, led the nation to such greatness, to freedom from foreign domination, would be definitely bestowed with the honor of being the First President of the nation. Washington was one of the pioneers who had helped to craft and formulate the progressive United States Constitution.

The greatness of George Washington lay in the fact that he established a code of conduct, a certain precedent for all future Presidents to follow and emulate. The fledgling nation had its own share of national concerns, and conflict between independent provinces who threatened to form their own separate nations by choosing not to ratify the Constitution. Washington rose to the occasion time and again, proving his capabilities as a natural-born leader, who had a clear understanding of the realities that the country was facing at that time. Washington was unanimously elected as President, and all resources of the American nation were at his disposal. However, he upheld the dignity of his office, shaping his nation into greatness.

Can scientists who want to put a satellite into a polar orbit take advantage of Earth’s rotation to give the rocket a “boost”?
Nesterboy [21]
No, it is not feasible to use the Earth's rotation to give a rocket a boost into polar orbit. This is due to the fact that a polar orbit is requires a satellite to reach a "high Earth orbit". High Earth orbit requires a lot of energy to reach, meaning using the Earth's rotation to give a boost is not feasible. In contrast, it is common to use the Earth's rotation to give satellite's a boost into low Earth orbit.
