Turn off the machine. Put the needle in the highest place possible but don't force it. Next, cut the 'string' between the needle and fabric. Fold fabric off the tool thing so you can enter the the lower part of the sewing machine place. Remove the bobbin from the bobbin case thing. Pull gently on the fabric. Put back together the bobbin and the bobbin case thing. Replace the bobbin case and bobbin thing in the machine. Thread the needle, then pull bobbin string up through the the plate of the needle. Put back together the tool box place. And adjust the 'string' tension if needed.
you have to take the bobbin case out and then you can use a brush for that purpose or a tiny screwdriver for the small hard to get to parts to get the thread out and then just reverse the procedure to get the bobbin case in and bobbin then your all set to sew again.
