One of the major ways in which European influence changed Asian trade relations is that Europeans, through events like the Opium Wars, "forced" Asia to trade with Europe, and opened up new trade routes that were advantageous for many European countries, in which Asian products such as silk were in high demand.

How does the meaning of the word "islam" fit muhammad's life ?
grandymaker [24]

Answer:

Submission By Muhammad to God

Explanation:

Islam means submission to God. Whatever commands and laws God revealed in the Holy Quran for Muslims to follow, Muhammad worked tirelessly not only to inculcate these commands and laws into his life but also strove others should follow these grand ideals. His entire life of twenty-three years from AD 610 to AD 632, he struggled to ingrain the words of God into his life. For him, submission to God was a holy mission. All these years, Muhammad hardly took rest, might eat two times, rarely indulged in personal enjoyment, but worked very hard to reach out to humans by words and deeds. His life was a sacred example of Islam.

The group of Chinese peasants who resented foreign influence were called the _____________?
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]
I think that were called Boxers. They were the protagonists of a rebellion against foreign influence (well, basically, occupation) of parts of China at the end of 1800. They fought against one of the first coalitions (mainly of European countries) of forces, of various countries such as British, German, French, Italian, Austrian, US, Russian and Japanese among others.
