Being such a less developed region it is quite difficult to create job opportunities , even though a Engineering graduate doesn't get a proper job to feed his family for the livelihood . And as a result they step out of the City with less pay scale and more expenses .
Only 15% of the total population of Chandrapur is literate and have basic education where rest of the others always remains unaware about the basic policies and rights , As a result people in power takes this for granted and do corruption in their respective sectors . One of main reason what I believe for the increase in poverty level is Social class. People who are wealthier than others tries to dominate the poor people and not let to access any facilities available . This is just because they want to keep a fluid boundary between them .

Apart from this important participation should be laid on health sector by creating health campaigns in rural areas . Also literacy rate can be increased by investing in affordable, high-quality child care and early education .
