Answer: A civil case.

Explanation:

During the case which is being described in this current question, where I had to play the role of a juror, I have to say that Snoozer v. Early was a civil case in which the plaintiff, Suzy Snoozer, demands a way of compensation due to her missing birds. The best possible outcome for this case would be that those in charge to make the final decision wether the suspect is found guilty or not, take into account all verified and trustful evidence as well as the each part's statements.

The type of case in the lesson where I played the role of a juror in the case of Snoozer v. Early was a civil case. Snoozer was seeking compensation for the loss of her birds and this constitutes that it involved private disputes between Snoozer and Early.
