First elaborated in specified degree area of New York at a time of cruelty and social uncertainty for the community and Native Americans, the Iroquois, and English committee, and future treaties were based on supporting peace and solidity to conserve and sustain trade. They inscribe issues of inhabitant settlement and tried to subdue cruelty between colonists and the tribes of Indian.They even declared its neutrality.
