Answer and Explanation:

  1. Nutrition- microorganisms are able to feed on food materials obtained from the living or dead bodies of plants or other animals. They are therefore heterotrophs.
  2. Movement- both localized and generalized movements which results in the animal moving from one point to another. e.g., using flagella, cilia
  3. Excretion- they lack highly specialized excretory organs but some microorganisms use contractile vacuoles for excretion which removes waste.

Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer: b. Webbed-toed mice survived better and reproduced more than mice without webbed toes.

Explanation:

Natural selection is a phenomenon that suggests that organisms that have a better structural and morphological advantage over the others have better chances of survival over the others.

The webbed toed mice have a survival advantage over the without the webbed toes because this can help the webbed toed mice to swim. The webbed toed trait will be beneficial and passed on to the next generation of the mice and the webbed toed mice will reproduce more than the mice without webbed toes.

Answer:

Thymine - Adenine

Cytosine - Guanine

Explanation:

A goes to T, and vice versa. C goes to G, and vice versa. No matter how many times you flip a strand of DNA, A will always go with T and C will always go to G.

If it helps you, C and G are both curved letters and look very similar to each other. That's how I remembered that they went together. :)

In addition to carbon, carbonate minerals contain
shutvik [7]
Carbonate groups contain a single carbon atom, and three oxygen atoms in a trigonal molecular geometry. The carbon atom has two single bonds to two oxygen atoms and a double bond to the third oxygen atom. Therefore, in addition to carbon, carbonate minerals contain oxygen. An example of a carbonate mineral is calcium carbonate, often found within rocks.
