2. Both, individual income sole proprietorship and split income partnership can benefit from tax savings

3. The business  affairs of the operators of both models  are private

4. Both enjoy limited external regulation

The disadvantages shared by both business models are;

3. Difficult to change a partner in a partnership or the sole proprietor in a sole proprietorship

Explanation:

A sole proprietorship is an enterprise model whereby the enterprise is entirely run and owned by one person such that legally there is no distinction between the business owner and the business

A partnership is a business arrangement where two or more people (partners) come together to manage the operations of the business such that they share the profits and liabilities of the business.

How does a republic differ from the colonial form of government experience before the American revolution?
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Prior to the Revolutionary War, the US experienced a colonial form of government, which differs from a Republic in several significant ways:

  • A colony is ruled by a foreign power. In the case of the US, this power was England. A republic, on the other hand, is autonomous, and it forms its own government.
  • A colony is usually ruled by a monarch (it is not a necessary requirement, but it has been so in practice), while republics elect their leader through voting.
  • Republics tend to be democratic and participatory, with no inherited power positions.
  • A republic has the power to make its own laws in terms of taxation, rights and duties, education, healthcare, etc. while the colony has to follow those of the mother country.
  • Republics tend to have their own constitution.

Explain the importance of respecting the laws on reservations and in other nations around the world. What are three ways i...
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

Laws on reservations are the ones that have been made to provide things better for the ones who don't have enough money and resources to fulfill their educational and basic needs. The reason why we must respect them is because in some or the other way they are benefitting the people of our own country, those people who are underprivileged.

However with long debates, the policies have changed and in India there is 10% reservation for general's too. On the contrary, if you are worthy and intelligent enough, you wouldn't ever need reservations.

The three ways in which you can become more familiar with laws of reservation are

1) Reading about them and listening to debates from university professors.

2) Doing an analysis by yourself, of the fact that who got the reservation and who didn't and who needs it.

3) Better your understanding of the laws of reservation.
