The anti-federalists believed that a centralized government would cause lots of corruption. They thought that it would be easier for local and state governments to control smaller groups of people. The federalists argued that more corruption would be within a small group of people because they have similar thought processes and the minority will not have their say in the government. But, when a large group of diverse people are being governed it is harder to be corrupt and please just one group, because the other different groups of minorities will get upset.
Your supposed to go to the numbers and see the elevation of the surface. I think the parenthesis may tell something like that? The top left corner might help. I dont understand this entire page. It's way too weird. I have never had to do this before.
