I did play for theater and I roughly remember the plot but Ichabod Crane was made fun of often and looked on by others as “weird”. He was a school teacher trying to impress a pretty woman in the town. He was very afraid although he acted tough. He was merely afraid of his own footsteps at times. I think mostly explaining his character is good because that it basically the beginning plot haha

Irony is an important element in the work of Sophocles. The plot of the tragedy takes shape in the way Oedipus is in the seek for salvation of the plague. He is determined to find the man responsible, however, ironically it is himself the one who caused it. Eyes are to allow us to see, but in the case of Oedipus it is also ironic that he has his sight in good condition, although he is unable and refuses to see the real truth. A third example of irony would be that Thiresias, a blind prophet, has the capacity to contemplate and see the actual origin of the suffering of Thebes, in spite of his physical inability.
Answer: Decision taking is a major aspect of human being which may either be good or bad. Fear of the unknown is a major reason why people often do not take decision. Superstition is also part of what will not make people to take some certain decisions in their lives. Fear of the unknown because of superstitions has ruined the progress chances on many people.
