What words would you use to describe Fitzgerald depiction of the American dream
Katena32 [7]
In the Great Gatsby, Fitzgerald uses symbols to highlight that everything is not what it seems One example is the the green light that symbolizes Gatsby’s wish for a life with Daisy, another could be the Valley of the Ashes, which represents the ugly consequences of America’s obsession with wealth. I'd say that his depiction points out the illusion behind it.

What happen to Arthur "Boo" Radley in chapter 1 in To Kill a Mockingbird
Inessa [10]

Answer:

Arthur “Boo” Radley lives in the run-down Radley Place, and no one has seen him outside it in years. Scout recounts how, as a boy, Boo got in trouble with the law and his father imprisoned him in the house as punishment. He was not heard from until fifteen years later, when he stabbed his father with a pair of scissors. Although people suggested that Boo was crazy, old Mr. Radley refused to have his son committed to an asylum. When the old man died, Boo’s brother, Nathan, came to live in the house with Boo. Nevertheless, Boo continued to stay inside.

Some simliarites was the mood for the story was mostly suspense and mysterious with hints of spine tingling thrills. lastly, the movie and story were similar becasue he same purpose of both were to entertain.
