“Many employers consider women who go on maternity leave as lacking ambition which in effect locks them out of possible promotions and lucrative jobs” what this means in terms of your personal experience or opinion?

Men are feminists. They doubt what a woman can do. They think that because we, women, are able to have children, that it weakens us and makes us inferior to them, when in reality we are far more capable then men will ever be.
