D since subjective means that opinions change from person to person. In other words, people that appear greedy to me may appear righteous to someone else.
We can make metro buses a lot better by talking about how we can make them faster, change the speed limit on certain roads were the bus needs to go, and making them a little more slimmer or more wide to help fit more people.
