Personal traits reveal the pattern we have in our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Agreeableness, meaning being cooperative or competitive in the work environment. As well extraversion is a major trait when getting interviewed. It shows whether you're an introvert or an extrovert. Conscientiousness plays a big part as it shows how organized or careless we are.  We can also mention openness to experience, as some people tend to prefer routine and other are more curious and open to exploring.
