His return on investment (ROI) is based solely on money from his pocket.
If the profit is x dollars, the ROI is x/20000.  Here Dave levered 10:1 with the help of his father.
If he had invested totally with his own money, the ROI would be x/200000, a much less impressive number even though the profit is the same.

Is 120% less than, more than or equal to 1
kati45 [8]
120% is the same as 120/100

Divide 120 with 100

120/100 = 1.2

1.2 > 1 ∴ 120% is 'more than' 1

hope this helps

WILL MARK BRAINLIEST!! 5 POINTS!!
Anton [14]
The speed of the car per minute is 3,520 feet (choice c). This is because in order to solve the problem, you have to convert 40 mi/h into feet. Since there are 5,280 feet per mile, you have to do 5,280 x 40, which is 211,200, which is the number of feet per hour. But, the question is asking for ft/min. There are 60 minutes in an hour, so you divide 211,200 by 60, which is 3,520. So, the speed of the car per minute is 3,520 feet.

How do you solve law of cosine?
Effectus [21]

Draw and label a standard Oblique Triangle, as we’ve done in our previous lessons.

Determine the given congruence, either SAS or SSS, and pick the equation that helps you solve for either a missing side or angle.

Plug into your chosen equation and solve.

The "Law of Cosines" can be used to calculate one side of a triangle when the angle opposite and the other two sides are known. The "Law of Cosines" can be expressed as c2 = a2 + b2 - 2 a b cos C (1)

The cosine rule is an extension of this mathematic principal that makes it effective for non-right triangles and states that in regard to a certain angle, the square of the side of the triangle opposite that angle is equal to the squares of the other two sides added together, minus two times both..
