His return on investment (ROI) is based solely on money from his pocket.
If the profit is x dollars, the ROI is x/20000.  Here Dave levered 10:1 with the help of his father.
If he had invested totally with his own money, the ROI would be x/200000, a much less impressive number even though the profit is the same.

What is the Compound interest on a 10,000 investment the earns 6% compound monthlyfor5 years
Vlad1618 [11]

Answer:

The total compound interest is $3,488.50, I hope I helped explain how to find total compound interest

Step-by-step explanation:

So the formula for this would be:

A = P(1+r/n)^nt

A = the amount of your principal plus interest, which is the total

P = stands for the principal, which is your original amount invested

r = shows the interest rate in decimal form

n =  stands for the number of compounding periods

So to solve for the compound interest we would plug in our numbers in replacement for the letters

2.  6/4 = 1.5  each monkey gets to eat 1 and a half banana.

3. Since there are 4 monkeys and 6 bananas it means that there are 10 total outcomes.  so the chance of pulling monkey is 4/10 which reduces to  2/5.

4. The chance of pulling a banana is 6/10 which reduces to 3/5

5. The ratio of gallons of water to monkeys is  9 : 4.
