imagine that you are interviewing for desired career position. the interviewer ask you to explain your understanding of " diversity" and how you work with people who are culturally different for yourself. how would you respond?

First of all, how one interviewee answers a question from the interviewer with the other will always be different. but that's diversity all along, right? for me, i'll say that diversity is the root of all freedom. people are free to do what they want, because they have diversity on how they think. and that's just about how i work with that diversity. other people that have different thoughts and ideas other than mine will always give me more inspiration on a subject. depending on the career position and category you're applying for, diversity may help me by completing something a thought of mine is missing, finding influencing errors in an idea that just might ruin everything.
