Hello,

To convert a number from standard form to scientific notation,

number>10 Move the decimal to the left until thee number is between 1 and 10. Add " x 10^n," where n is the number of places you moved the decimal.

number <1 Move the decimal to the right until thee number is between 1 and 10. Add " x 10^-n," where n is the number of places you moved the decimal.

Tyler bought 20 shares of Wal-Mart at $48.80. A year later, he bought 20 more shares at $54.60. He later sold all of his shares
NARA [144]
He bought last year and year later total is $104.3

Each share he sold 62.80 with tax is 0.03

62.80x1.03= $64.684 for each share
So there are 40 shares

64.684 x 40= $2587.36

BartSMP [9]

Answer:

d = √5 ≈ 2.24

Step-by-step explanation:

B is located at (1, 3) and B' is located at (3, 4)

Distance formula:

[tex] d = \sqrt{(xB' - xB)^2 + (yB' - yB)^2}[\tex]

replacing with the coordinates of the points:

[tex] d = \sqrt{(3 - 1)^2 + (4 - 3)^2}[\tex]

[tex] d = \sqrt{4 + 1}[\tex]

d = √5 ≈ 2.24
