Hello!
I believe your answers are A and D.
I know it is A) because in 3rd sentence in the story is says: "He was very learned in all languages, and knew a great deal about herbs and medicines."
I know it is D) because in the second line in the story it says: " This king was a leper, and all his doctors had been unable to cure him, when a very clever physician came to his court."
I hope it helps!
Instead of situation say status. Instead of saying do it is a kind of equality say, that demonstrates equality. Instead of saysing education affect say education affects.
There are several ways in which writers use direct characterization in a story, but the most common way is that they will take time to describe each character in detail.
1. To get definitions and to see he way to spell it. ;)
I dont really understand the next one hope this helps.:)
