Point = (4,-1)

x1 = 4

y1 = -1

Formula =

y - y1 = m (x-x1)

y - (-1) = 3 (x -4)

y + 1 = 3x -12

y - 3x + 1 + 12 = 0

y - 3x + 13 = 0

The line = y - 3x + 13 = 0 or -3x + y + 13 = 0
