This, if the person that looked at the behaviour has features in common (in the example both of them are teachers) will boost self-efficacy and confidence to repeat the behaviour. As in the example: teacher A does X. Teacher B sees it, and thinks he can as well. As both of them are teachers, teachers B relies on this vicarious experience to try and do the same as teacher A.
