It depends on what you hoard. Hoarding things can sometimes effect peoples health if they hoard things like food, or they dont throw old things away. If you hoard other things that rot but dont effect you, it might bring in bugs such as cockroaches. And they carry many diseases which could make you sick. Or it might make something larger, say a raccoon invade your house. So to a certain degree hoarding can be wrong, yes.
Mental physiciality .its like a movie that plays in your head over and over once you see something it tranfers to the brain.
Since she is eating in smaller portions, she is eating less calories; since she is also walking multiple times a week, she will probably become more in shape and lose weight.
