Answer: People follow a crowd to feel included

Explanation:

People generally follow others to feel like they belong to a group or a part of society. If you were to follow your friends around, it is because you like hanging with them or because they give you a sense of belonging. So if this group of friends was a crowd would you still follow them, because they give you that sense or would you stop following them because there is more people?
