The best answer is the garrison in Petrograd joining the Soviets. On 12 March 1917, revolutionaries set up the Petrograd Soviet with 2500 elected deputies. They began taking control of the food supplies in the city. They also set up soldier's committees, undermining the authority of the officers. WWI caused huge discontent in the countryside, which ultimately led Tsar Nicholas II to abdicate on March 15, 1917.

The best historical skill is "though the eyes" of Roman Empire. In other words how did the Roman people react to brutal violence of hurting one another in battles of parties-of 2 sides.
Using this historical skill the historian would interpret the reasons as to why the Roman Empire could allow battle fights. In the eyes of Roman Empire:fighting for power, win, justice, challenge for the Empire -and prosperity.

natka813 [3]

Hello back to you:)

ok, so the magna carta was very important for the whole development of parliament. First of all it asserted a fundamental principle that taxation needed the consent of the kingdom.

Secondly, it made taxation absolutely necessary for the king because it stopped up so many sources of revenue.
