  • Illegal immigration is a crime. Maximum penalty is 6 months imprisonment with fine. In next term offense the duration of imprisonment is of 2 years.

Explanation:

Immigration means entering into a new place by leaving your own birth place. Illegal immigration refers to the intervention of people in a place without prior permission of government official. Through survey it can be counted the number of illegal immigrants. Mexico is a central American state. From where number of people rushed to north and south America.

If the immigrants catch by the police they will be punished initially for 6 months in prison with civil fine and in case of second offense they would get 2 years long imprisonment.
