Advices for people for protecting ancestral temples. 5 points
Nady [450]

Answer:

Ancestral temples are natural areas of special spiritual significance to peoples and  communities. They include natural areas recognized as sacred by indigenous and traditional  peoples, as well as natural areas recognized by institutionalized religions or faiths as places for  worship and remembrance. Access to these sites is usually restricted by taboos and management  codes to particular activities and members of a community. Many sacred sites have survived for  hundreds of years and act as important biodiversity reservoirs. However, their contribution to  conservation has been largely overlooked and undervalued by state and conservation agencies,  policies and laws.  Sacred natural sites are also integral parts of ethnic identity and play a key role in traditional  cultures and lifestyles. While community controls once helped protect sacred natural sites, rural  peoples are increasingly vulnerable to political and economic pressures outside their control.  Without security of tenure and active participation in decisions that affect them, it is impossible  for such communities to effectively protect their lands and resources. taking that in mind I would advise to create protection laws with penalties if people dont respect them or start a global protest so the world know about this issue.

Hope I helped :)

Discuss how the four areas of cultural intelligence aid a leader in understanding culture as well as intercultural efforts.
Dovator [93]

It is extremely important for a leader to be able to deal with cultural aspects and to be able to better understand how certain cultures work.

The culture of a nation, society or region has considerable relevance to the culture of organizations and, consequently, much of the success or failure of organizational programs and management method implementations may be associated with disregard of national traits.

Denying the fact may induce the individual (professional, researcher or scholar) to biased conclusions. By no means should the traits be given full importance, but disregarding them can be a mistake.

Thus, organizations are social institutions that have their history and develop their own culture, but considered part of a broader context of national culture.

The term cultural intelligence to determine this ability to interpret the foundations of cultural interactions, the development of attentive posture to these interactions, and the ability to adapt to different intercultural situations, while avoiding turning on 'autopilot'.

The _____ norm is the idea that people should help those who need their help, such as young children and others who cannot give
Ann [662]

Answer:

Social responsibility

Explanation:

The term "social responsibility norm" involves motivation to assist other people who are usually in need. In other words, there is one person who has a greater power or leadership who is to help or assist another who is in a lower level of power or leadership. For example, parents and their children or teachers and their students. Basically, the norm considers that a person who needs help must be automatically assisted.

This norm is a standard which sets forth that people have to assist those who are in need even if there is no reciprocity.
