Which suffix changes the meaning of memory to “to commit to memory”? -ize -able -al -ies

The correct answer is "-ize."

For example, I must "memorize" my vocabulary words before the test (I must "commit to memory" my vocabulary words...). On the other hand, "memorable" means that something is able to remembered, the suffix -al means "pertaining to" (natural--pertaining to nature), and the suffix -ies simply changes certain words to plural meanings (party, parties).

Why does the water not fall directly to the bottom of the bottle?
Tpy6a [65]

Answer: The water does not enter the bottle because of the presence of air inside it. When the bottle is dipped inside water, it applies pressure on the air present inside so as to replace it. But the air present inside the bottle applies opposite force on the water as it tries to escape through the only opening present which is surrounded by water.
