During his reign, one of the deadliest plagues in history, called Plague of Justinian, which was caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis (same bacterium responsible for the bubonic plague) wiped out much of the kingdom. None of these make sense to me, it’s defiantly not the last two. People were not happy about these amendments and tried to keep black people from voting. There was more segregation so I would guess the second one maybe?
