The Star Spangled banner is a glorious song about the aftermath of a long war we wrestled and won. The verse "And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,  Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there." indicates that no matter the fight, the shots, and the chaos, we were still standing. proud as Americans our flag stood to give us hope in the dark time. A sign of true glory and hope. The lyric "And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."" signifies that we trust God to move Americans forward to victory.

hope this helped at least a little! completely original and came from the heart
