These are the first two columns. Perhaps someone else will take up on the last two columns. Or, you may learn the patterns from the above and apply them to the rest. Most verbs are regular. There are exceptions, which you need to learn anyway. For this I recommend using a lexicon to look up the patterns of the two past tense forms. Let me know in the comments if you have any questions.
