This is the sample answer

the speaker and his neighbor seemed to have a distant relationship, since they only meet once a year to build this wall. even so there's a certain playful antagonism between the two as indicated by their differences of opinion on the wall. although they don't seem to have a lot in common, they managed to maintain a relationship that is generally respectful

I'm assuming this is the Mending Wall by Robert Frost.

The speaker considers saying "elves" because it refers back to the lines of the poem where the speaker explains "something there is that doesn't love a wall/ and wants it down." The speaker wants to poke fun at his his everyday, ordinary neighbor and proposes that it is a magical creature that is pulling the stones and creating gaps.

If you were some kind of god, what would you be? What would you change or create about Earth?
lyudmila [28]
I would...be the goddess of pain and suffering. Although that sounds negative, I could actually clear up a lot of junk in the world when you think about it. If I eliminated the pain of those that don't deserve it, or fix a certain life problem for someone, or a whole group of people, I could fix so much in the world. (That's just one idea, lol I can send you other ones or add more detail to this one if you'd want)

What does the speaker mean by tomorrow?
inna [77]

Answer:

in the future when there is equalit

Explanation:

The poem I, Too

BY LANGSTON HUGHES

I, too, sing America.

I am the darker brother.

They send me to eat in the kitchen

When company comes,

But I laugh,

And eat well,

And grow strong.

Tomorrow,

I’ll be at the table

When company comes.

Nobody’ll dare

Say to me,

“Eat in the kitchen,”

Then.

Besides,

They’ll see how beautiful I am

And be ashamed—

I, too, am America.

What the speaker meant by tomorrow is "in the future when there is equality".

The poem is about racism in America again the black and how the black responded to it.

The blacks in America are hoping for equality in the future when they will be treated the same way whites are being treated and they will enjoy the same privilege as the whites.

What do the authors of “Alabanza” and “The Grass” have in common?
STatiana [176]
Yes, you are right. The answer for this would be the first option. The authors of "Alabanza" and "The Grass" have in common is that, both of their works convey a deep respect of nature. Alabanza was written by Martin Espada, and The Grass was written by Carl Sandburg. Hope this answers your question. Have a great day!
