Did I plan my answer. do I know what I want to write in each paragraph and what I want to convey to the reader (happiness, shock etc). are there any linguistic devices I can use to convey these ideas (metaphor, simile, short sentences, etc).

This seems more like an opinion based question. I believe they can be effective if promoting healthy foods and logical reasons to spend their money on the foods, like good health and teeth. Seems ethical, because someone cares about the health and well being of the teens who will someday be running this world. There are some teens without good role models to impart the meaningfulness of health.
