She is repeating words with positive connotations - reason, virtue, and knowledge - in order to help emphasize her point, namely, that reason is a distinguishing feature of men, and when reason is exercised knowledge and virtue flow naturally, but, as she then contends, unfortunately prejudices "have clouded reason" and men are using reason to justify prejudices.
