Answer:

C. 434π

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Radius (r) = 7 in.

Height (h) = 24 in.

Required:

Surface area of the cylinder

Solution:

S.A = 2πrh + 2πr²

Plug in the values

S.A = 2*π*7*24 + 2*π*7²

S.A = 336π + 98π

S.A = 434π

Answer: 75/7

Step-by-step explanation:

Concept:

Multiplication in fraction is the numerator times numerator and denominator times denominator, and if possible, you can simplify the numerator and denominator by eliminating common factor.

Solve:

1 7/8= 15/8

1 7/8 × 10/7 × 4

=15/8 × 10/7 × 4

=150/56 × 4

This is the farthest I got.. I need help.. "Write an equation that represents the line. (use exact numbers)
kirza4 [7]

So to do this, we take any 2 coordinate points and subtract them to find the slope. For this one i'll go ahead and and take (4,6) and (-2,1), then we set them up. Subtract the X coordinates from each other and the Y's from each other.

4-(-2) change the two negatives to 4+2=6

6-1=5

So 6/5 is the slope, now lets simplify to get 6/5.

Your equation is y=6/5x+3

-Seth.

P.S. It may be y=6/5x+2.5 or something, i cant tell exactly where it goes through the y intercept.
