The intensification of women's work was a profound motivation for their requests for political space. Blacks had not yet gained their place in the 1800s because of the resistance of prejudice and their negative image to society, so it was not only a question of feminine equality with blacks, since even after the suffrage of the Afro- Americans, black women had to fight. En esta fecha, patriotas rioplatenses depusieron al gobierno de la corona española comandado por el Virrey Cisneros, estableciendo una junta de gobierno criolla a cargo de Cornelio Saavedra y dando inicio a la Guerra de Independencia de Argentina.
