Answer:

One of the most beneficial things about the sport is this high level of activity's effect on the body. Playing lacrosse forces the body to burn many extra calories during the high intensity training. When these calories are burned, stored fat is used for energy thus breaking down the fat leading to weight loss. Catching the ball with the lacrosse stick and being able to throw it to the goal with force requires a substantial amount of strength.

Identify two ways the constitution limits individual rights
Stels [109]
They are limited if they harm the public interest. In other words you have a right to free speech but you can't yell fire in a crowded place because it would be against the public's best interest to cause a panic.

Another example: You have the right to religious freedom as long as you aren't forcing people to believe your religion.

The limits end where another person's limits start.

B) Explain ONE example of a nationalist movement in Asia that used nonviolence to win independence.
irga5000 [103]

Answer:

An example of an Asian nationalist movement that used nonviolence to gain independence is the Indian independence movement.

Explanation:

During the 1920s, India's independence process was at its peak. In this decade, Mahatma Ghandi appeared as the leader of the independentist movement, and began to propose nonviolent positions to demand Indian independence from Great Britain, such as civil disobedience, strikes, peaceful protests and massive demonstrations without weapons. Eventually these tactics were successful and India gained its independence in 1947.
