What was Hoover's reaction to the Bonus Army?

Hoover made them removed by sending federal troops.  

Explanation:

Due to great depression many war veterans of World War I had assembled in Washington Dc demanding compensation. The president remained unmoved but the congress gave a lending ear to their requests. Congress approved to give bonus to the war patriots and many newspapers christened them as “bonus army”.

The war veterans’ started a revolution which took the shape like that of a communist revolution. Many communist leaflets were also shared. As it was a hot summer and the veterans were not ready to leave Washington which made president Hoover to command the army personnel.

He ordered the militia to clear out the crowd and devastate the huts and other residential places in which the veterans lived. Hoover’s act was decisive and concluded to be merciless.

The answer is the French and Indian war because Great Britian was broke after protecting the American Colonies. This led with Britain with one option, which is taxing the Americans, which caused the revolution because the Americans would get angrier because of the taxes.

Yes, it required the monarchy to call upon parliament and speak to the "House of Commons" on decisions as they held the "power of the purse". The power of the purse is the spending ability of the monarchy.
