"people like what taxes pay for". Take out the first complete sentence "Most people do not like taxes" and "; although.". Once you take those out you should have a complete sentence, but you don't. Adding a word like 'most' in front of 'people' would make the sentence correct.

I believe that the conjunction you used in the sentence is incorrect. Instead of 'although,' you could say 'however,' and the sentence will be correct and actually make sense.
Most people do not like taxes; however, people like what taxes pay for.

The correct option is A.
The narration uses sensory details to increase the power of the narrative. Sensory details refers to those words in a passage which help readers to connect with what the narrator is saying by means of their five senses; that is, the senses of touch, taste, sight, smell and hearing.

Explanation:

Shining bright hair like the sun

When we were little kids

We had so much fun

But now that we're older

We're so much bolder

This time of year

The weather's getting colder

You gave me your sweater

And looked into my eyes

Then gave me a letter

And to my surprise

You liked me too

But now I miss you

I don't really know what this is lol, but I hope it helps!

Have a lovely day!

( Yes, this is my original work. )

Rudiy27

Answer:

That word suggests that Booker T. believes that W.E.B has a very easy life not representing most blacks in the south.

Explanation:

This question refers to the poem "Booker T. And W.E.B." written by Dudley Randall.

In the second line of this poem, we can see the expression “It shows a mighty lot of cheek.” This expression uses the word “cheek” to refer to the easy life, where one has an appropriate diet and few concerns that allow someone to have a lush and admirable face with a lot of cheek. With that, the poet shows that Book T. believed that WEB had an easy life and that was why he positioned himself differently, as he did not know the suffering life of blacks in the south, who did not have "much cheek"
