<span>Asa Hilliard III and
Joseph Trimble were able to solve problems in minority in the community by
having to intermingle with the people. This gave them opportunity to practice
their knowledge in Psychology to assess the different circumstances that the
people are in and helping them through guidance and counselling. </span>
