Dear brother,
I am writing to you to let you know that I have decided to go to university after I finish secondary school. I would like to study law, and I would be very grateful if you could help me to achieve this goal. I know that you are already a successful lawyer, and I would be very proud to follow in your footsteps. I am confident that I have the ability to succeed in this field, and I would be very grateful for your support. Thank you for always being there for me, and I hope to make you proud.
Sincerely,

Often times, the actual object is much more expensive to create. That's why many designers and engineers create a model to represent their ideas to a group. The model is much cheaper and faster to create, especially if it needs tweaking multiple times. Also, that model can have working parts - you could take it apart to show the inside/cross-section or have interactive sections that allow easier presentation of your idea. Those are things you can't accomplish with an actual object.
