Simple....

you have:

4x+3y≤-12

To solve for X or Y just isolate the variable....

4x+3y≤-12
    -3y    -3y

4x≤-3y-12

Now divide by 4....

\frac{4x}{4}  \leq  \frac{-3y-12}{4}

x \leq  -\frac{3y}{4} -3

Now for y:

4x+3y≤-12

4x+3y≤-12
-4x          -4x

3y≤-4x-12

Divide by 3...

\frac{3y}{3}  \leq  \frac{-4x-12}{3}

y \leq  -\frac{4x}{3} -4

This is the way to solve it.

Thus, your answer.
