The answer is A because the text reads, "Me = I ___ <span>el estómago = </span>the stomache to answer A translates to have. That makes the most sense to me.

In English this means: <u>I have a stomachache</u>. In Spanish pains related to parts of the body are referred to with the verb "doler", which in English is "hurt". But there isn't one word to describe each pain as in English. For example: headache is "dolor de cabeza", toothache is "dolor de muela", and "stomachache" is dolor de panza o estómago. All the other options presented in the multiple choice are semantically incorrect. Me abro el estómago would mean I open my own body which is impossible. Me examino el estomago means  I examine my own stomach which is also strange. And "me tengo el estómago" is incoherent.
