Hello,

If you ever studied World History you should know the Spanish conquest destroyed the Aztecs civilization in central Mexico in 1521, led by Hernán Cortés. You should also know that Jamestown was founded as an English colony in Virginia on the date of May 14, 1607; (this was before the Pilgrims arrived on November 11, 1620.) In addition, one should have the knowledge that the Americans defeated the strongly equipped British army at Yorktown, with help from France, of course. The French secretly supplied arms to the U.S. military. Thus, came the Constitutional Convention, called in Philadelphia three years after the Siege of Yorktown.

By the means of all, we can conclude that option (B.) is the correct answer as it places the events in chronological order correctly;  3,1,2,4.

According to the map above, sub-arctic and tundra climates can be found in __________.
Ivahew [28]

The correct answer is - b. Russia.

According to the presented map, the colder climate types, sub-arctic and tundra climates, can be found on the territory of the largest country in the world, Russia. This types of climates are considered as cold climates, and they fully justify that. The tundra, is a climate where most of the year is winter, a very cold, dry, harsh winter, and relatively cold and short summer. The sub-arctic, or taiga, climate has a winter that lasts for pretty much 3/4 of the year, and summer that is fresh, wet, and humid.

Even though the tundra has longer winter, and is located further north than the sub-arctic climate, it is actually the sub-arctic climate that has the bigger extremes in the temperatures bellow zero. Some places in Siberia are so cold, that they are shoulder to shoulder with the most extreme temperatures on the Antarctic.
