Explanation:

Cognition in a term used in describing the process of thinking, understanding and expression of knowledge.

Prototypes which are the first or original experiment on which other subsequent actions are based upon function within cognition through face thinking or expression.  

The difference between convergent thinking and divergent thinking is in the fact that convergent thinking has to do with a cognitive method of reasoning where an action is brought to a focus or put together within a context while divergent thinking encourages the contrary.
