For me, a spanish speaker, it doesnt have sense in the way it is written. If you add ¨No¨ at the beginning, its a correct sentence (NO vengas a la tiendA)(DOnt come to the store).
My first language is Spanish. It does not make any sence the frace " Vengas a la tienda" If you want to tell someone to go to the store it should be " Ven a la tienda" but if you are telling someone to NOT come to the store you say " No vengas a la tienda"
