Answer:

Greenhouse effect leads to release of gases like carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and methane in the earth atmosphere. These results in two factors:

1. Global warming: green house gases are hot gases which are increasing the earth atmospheric temperatures. This will result in glacier melting as a result of this many life forms will extinct as they are going to loose their habitat.

2.Air pollution: These gases are chief pollutant of air. If the level of gases exceeds the normal level in air than the air will cause respiratory ailments, or become irrespirable for living organisms.

Evgen [1.6K]

Answer:

The stigma, a female structure which collects pollen and passes it to the ovary

Explanation:

The structure represented by the letter A in the diagram is the stigma.

The stigma of a flower represents part of the female reproductive structure. The surface of a mature stigma is sticky and as such, it is able to attract pollen grains from the anther. A pollen that lands on the stigma germinates and its pollen tube grows through the style of the stigma down to the ovule where one of the sperm cells of the pollen fertilizes the egg cell of the ovule to form a diploid zygote and the other sperm cell fuses with the polar nuclei of the ovary to form a triploid cell that eventually becomes the endosperm.

The sepal and the petal are labeled as D and C in the diagram respectively while the stamen is made up of B and H.

briefly explain what happens to energy and to molecules when bonds are formed and broken in molecules of ATP and ADP ( explain a
Nikolay [14]
Hello! ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate, and ADP stands for adenosine diphosphate. The difference between the two molecules is that ATP has three phosphate group, and ADP has two phosphate groups. ATP is an unstable molecule, which means it will release energy when it becomes reduced to ADP, meaning it will break off one of its phosphate groups. Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any questions! ^-^
